Our pedal assembly is a direct replacement for your stock brake pedal and is compatible with all hydraulic clutch systems as well as all transmissions that use a hydraulic setup. Each pedal assembly comes fully assembled and ready to install and includes:
Clutch and brake pedals are spaced apart just under 5″ center-to-center, same as the current Chevy Camaro. Your factory brake master cylinder pushrod hooks up to our brake pedal arm in the exact same location as stock. We offer compatibility with both power and manual brakes. Our clutch pedal is designed for hydraulic clutch systems and is compatible with just about any manual transmission. Whether you’re running the stock engine or an LS engine our pedals will work great. We use the Tilton 78-Series master cylinders, available in seven different bore sizes. Contact us for help in selecting the perfect match for your setup. Our pedal assembly includes two electrical sensor brackets (brake lights and neutral safety switch). If you have cruise control, we offer additional sensor brackets to add two cruise control interrupt switches, one on each pedal arm. Our sensor brackets are designed for use with OEM GM switches, which we offer separately if not already wired up in your car. Additional details on compatible sensors:
To install our pedals you’ll need to drill several holes in your firewall, and we include a cutting template to make marking the hole centers as easy as possible. T56 Magnum Billet Aluminum Low Profile Shifter and Cover Package with 1-3/4" Offset | Our exclusive low profile billet aluminum shifter and mid case cover for the Tremec T56 Magnum transmission reduces the height of your T56 Magnum at a critical place – right where the floorpan on many classic cars interferes with the transmission. As compared to the shifter supplied and mid case cover with the transmission, our parts give you an extra 0.6″ of clearance – that’s right, more than 1/2″. You can now squeeze your T56 into more places without doing extensive sheetmetal clearancing. We CNC machine the billet aluminum pieces in-house and your shifter comes fully assembled with a Driveline Components short throw shifter. This particular SKU includes a shifter with a 1-3/4″ offset, meaning the shift lever can be moved forward or backwards as compared to the stock shifter location. Three Pedals T56 Magnum Transmission Fluid Cooler Package | Our transmission fluid cooler package makes it easy to add a fluid pump and cooler to your T56 Magnum transmission and existing radiator transmission cooling circuit. Keeping your transmission cool is critical when racing. Additionally, the pump helps to keep fluid flowing to the bearings at the front of the transmission – under extreme driving these bearings can be oil-starved as fluid sloshes around. This package is for use with an OEM radiator transmission cooling circuit, as found on most cars with an automatic transmission, with 3/8″ tubing with inverted flare fittings at the radiator.
