Description
GM ’98-’02 F-Body LS Hydraulic Throwout Bearing is a factory replacement piece that works well with the Tremec Magnum and Magnum-F 6 speed manual transmissions.
The quick connect fitting is easy to connect to a high pressure hose. For -4AN choose Earl’s LS0024ERL.
For bleeding the hydraulic line we very much recommend a remote bleeder kit, and Earl’s PK0008ERL makes the perfect combo.
We always recommend checking bearing clearance before installing your transmission. Generally an initial gap between 1/8″ and 3/16″ works well. If you have too large a gap you can shim your bearing to reduce the gap. Shims are available in three thicknesses – click here.
